Great in a bowl of noodles. This is one I keep stocked at all time.

I love to cook with spicy chili oil and this one has taken a permanant spot on my shelf. This is a million times better than the grocery store chili oils (sun luck, lee kum kee, etc. . . ). The flavor is nutty and yummy with a really warm heat. It is delicious on pad thai, stir fry, mandu, fried rice, even on pizza. Its not a hot sauce, it is a chili oil and I think thats where people get confused in these reviews. This doesnt really go on fried chicken.

My husband goes through bottles of this sauce all the time. It is great on fried rice, pad thai, and pizza. I think it is a bit oily and the bottle gets pretty greasy. Also, be careful that the topper does not slip off because more than once we've had a big oil slick of sauce on accident. It is really delicious though.

well its an aromatic oil really. its good, but not sure if it works great by itself. I found that its much better as an addition to gyoza sauce or another sauce as the spicy oil element. should do great over noodles but no se great by itself.

At first, I didn’t like this hot sauce. But then my boyfriend made turkey with teriyaki and this hot sauce, fly by jing…delicious! I’m obsessed

Pretty unique and I like to add it fish and rice dishes.

I was anticipating a bit more bite. For me, this was not spicy, and ended up feeling like I was dipping my food into nothing more than a cup of oil, which wasn't the best of experiences.
