My favorite out of the season set. I’ve gone back and purchased another bottle already. I mix it with honey and use it as a dipping sauce for my grilled chicken. It’s got a kick but it’s not so extreme that it’s unpalatable. Just a nice, warm, Asian sauce.

Wow! So good! It’s not what I expected but so much more! The best way I could describe it would be that oil that drips off of pepperoni pizza that’s been mixed with those spicy red pepper flakes, so versatile on options!

Absolutely delicious! This stuff is a million times better than your typical grocery store chili oil. It is great as a finishing oil and goes great when also paired with toasted sesame oil.

I lived in Chengdu for 8 years and this chili oil captured to aroma, flavor, and tingle of Sichuan perfectly. A little more piquant then normal for Sichuan cuisine, but absolutely lovely.

I LOVE this hot sauce. The flavor and texture is divine. The smell is on another level entirely. I've been known to open a bottle of this randomly just to smell it and put it back in the fridge for a meal later on. If they had a cologne that smelled like this, I would wear it. If they had a shampoo or body wash, I'd be wearing that too. There is literally nothing about the Sichuan Gold to complain about. It's a top-tier hot sauce with impeccable flavor. Give it a try, because until you do, you're definitely missing out!

This is a full flavored spicy, but not to hot, oil, that I use like sauce. This used as a marinade on beef slices and then grilled, is a complete taste experience!

For starters, this sauce is on its own level as far as uniqueness goes. It's an oil that wants to be a hot sauce. The heat is about a 4/10, The garlic and ginger are great touches, although I would have preferred a little less ginger. It goes great on everything, from fish, wings, eggs, ramen, and a lot more. Anything that is breaded this sauce will be sucked into it, so be careful that you don't add too much! Enjoy!
