It’s essentially just sichuan pepper oil but it’s great on literally everything.

Not very sichuan-y. Some tingle but mostly smoky.

Tasty. Not a fan of the oil, but tastes good with a hidden kick of heat.

Oil-based chili sauce with a unique flavor. Does a really nice job of kicking up asian dishes, particularly ramen.

I was a little disappointed that this ended up being a chili oil, instead of an actual hot sauce. But that said: it's the most flavorful chili oil I've ever had in my life. Lots of garlic and peppers notes within the silky, smooth oil. Because it's not a hot sauce, I can't use it as a table sauce for tacos, pizza, hot dogs, or burgers. But for pot stickers, ramen, or a couple drops in a pot of chili? This is perfect. 4 stars for the great flavor, minus 1 star for the lack of body (and the limited number of applications I can use this for).

This stuff is what dumpling, ramen, lo mein dreams are made of! Its like chili oil with wonderful aromatics and a nice heat level to it. Perfectly balanced, nothing about the sauce is overwhelming. It is oil based so be aware of that.

This one was just ok to me, I like Korean gouchjang , Teriyaki, soy, miso, Thai chiles, curries, I wanted to like it but I guess I was expecting a thicker sauce and not an oil. I felt I had to put a lot on to get any actual flavor. I’ve had Fly by Jing chili crunch which I liked. But ya it was too oily not enough flavor for my taste sorry.
