“This stuff can take a boring bowl of ramen to a restaurant quality experience on cloud 9. The flavor is amazing and versatile. Due to it being an oil, it's very easy to use a little or a lot to toss with vegetables, meat, noodles, dumplings, or whatever you want. It easily is on my very small list of sauces that I never want to be without.”

“I'm only giving this 4 stars for its limited applications. I got this sauce for Asian meals and that's the only application this could be good for. I hated it on pizza and didn't care for it on wings. However, it absolutely punched up my pho, my stir fry, and my egg rolls. It is basically a spicy oil and not a sauce. I'd put the spice kick at about a 3 or a 4 out of 10.The flavor is good, but has a very specific usage.”

“This Sichuan oil is by far my current favorite all-purpose hot sauce for seasoning with most of my cooking needs. I cook with it all the time. Great for adding a nice kick (subtle or more to preference) to the seasoning of poultry or fish dishes.”
