After discovering this sauce thanks to Hot Ones, I buy this on the regular! It pairs so well with anything BBQ, is perfect for slow-cooked meats, & is especially delightful on tacos!

It's not too hot but it definitely packs a punch!

Cinnamon is the first note but it blends well with the dark chiles in this. It's relatively mild, sweet, with some citrus. I had it on some potato chips and at first thought it tasted like cookies, but when I started analyzing it, like I would a fine wine, I found a good amount of complexity. It does however still lean towards the sweet cinammony side, so keep that in mind.

Smoky, teasingly sweet on the back end, bright note of the lime and a bit of a cinnamon spice on the front and the heat is a perfect finish. Absolutely beautifully done sauce. Excellent on hearty and light dishes.

The sauce has a really great flavor. Not as spicy as I expected, but it does have a kick. Great overall.

Kind of weird flavor profile, but I actually quite enjoy it.

A very good sauce with some chipotle flavor. This sauce has taken over as my daily use sauce (used to be El Yucateco Black Habanero). I first tried this sauce from a season box and it ended up being my favorite sauce in the box. I liked it enough to reorder 3 bottles of this sauce. It goes great with everything I've put it on.

When reading the ingredient list, you will not get what the flavor is. There is no one forward flavor. They all blend together into something very delicious and unique. It's earthy but kind of creamy at the same time? It's kind of reminiscent of a mole with the guajillo, pasilla, and cinnamon. I really don't know how to accuratly describe it other than I love it. The ghost peppers give it a really good hit. It's a slow build for me. But if you prefer the milder sauces, you should be aware.
