“A bold flavor that will be instantly recognizable once you've tried it! The heat is immediate, albeit short-lived/easily quenchable, and informs you quickly if you're using too much. Hints of lime linger pleasantly on your palate. Doesn't mix well with other sauces, but good on eggs, sauceless pizza, all types of chicken.”

“Starts off light but that heat kicks in at the end and makes you pay attention at the end of the bite. Brings a lot of great flavors to the table. Just a great sauce.”

“I have only tried a few of the sauces on this site, but this one is by far my favorite and highly recommend. It's not too vinegary, and it's more of a flat spicy vs an acute type of spicy; if that makes sense. It can easily go your morning eggs or tacos etc.”

“Love the subtle use of cinnamon. It's barely there but just enough to play with some of the other flavors. Overall, it's a little too citrus forward and sweet for my taste, but might find a good use for it with some other dishes (thinking of you, fish tacos with mango salsa). Heat is quick, peaks quick, then tapers for a bit. I wouldn't put this in the superhot category -- and it definitely mellows out when cooked.”
