Not a big fan of spicy chocolate things -- molé, Mexican hot chocolate etc. -- so I was skeptical but this won me over instantly. The burn is serious but never unpleasant, and while it doesn't taste like chocolate per se, you can tell it's in the background working its magic, giving it a richness and an earthiness that's just lovely. So far it's made a beautiful addition to pulled pork and beef stew. Looking forward to mixing it into burger meat and popping it on some tacos.

This sauce has such a unique flavor. By far, this is my go-to hot sauce!

This a good sauce. You definitely get the cocoa taste front to back. Slightly sweet and a touch of bitterness from the cocoa. I've found it's best used as a dipper as opposed to a mix in, but it is good however you choose to partake.

Chocolate flavors mixed with hot pepper. A unique and complex flavor that goes great on everything.

This is pretty good on sandwiches and wings. The pineapple and onions give it a sweet flavor but it still tastes like a pepper sauce.

I really like the flavor and optics of this sauce. Its bite isn't overpowering, but it does pack the heat! Its a little hot for most of my friends, but I think that it's perfect for a quality taco night.

Admittedly, I got this one because the black charcoal sounded interesting. At first, I didn’t like this sauce - it tasted like a “steak sauce”. Then I tried it on a steak...It’s a perfect steak sauce. That steak sauce quality went away and the plum cane through. It does have some sneaky heat to it.

It started off as strange, but I grew to like it. Find it goes well with boiled eggs.
