I am on my 5th? bottle of this after ive discovered it last year, as Its hard to come by. It tastes like a more flavorful and less harsh version of A1 Steak sauce. This is one of my favorite sauces of all time, its hard to eat it slow enough to justify the price. Also, 2020's batch seems a little more spicy, maybe its just me? (Im definitely not complaining)

More sour than I expected at first from the white and apple cider vinegars, then it has a sweetness and light citrus note from the plum and orange juice, and a very subtle warmth from the ginger. The heat quickly plateaus but doesn't continue to build. I did notice that the heat level changes for me at least depending on what you eat this with, on plain white rice this was around a six but then I put it on a juicy pork dumpling and almost no heat? I tried it again on some grilled shrimp with rice noodles it was around a six again? I will always want a bottle of this in my fridge for Singapore noodles, tacos and any rice dish I love it, but with really juicy foods I think the activated charcoal kills the heat some how.

Took me a while to find a frame of reference for this one. Closest I've come is it's a bit like a molé with much more prominent ginger. Doesn't really work with a lot of standard mexican food though, too fruity and gingery. The ginger makes it a nice leftfield pick for sushi, although the heavy fruit and smoky undertones are a bit much there. It's fine for wings or grilled chicken but that's setting the bar a little low isn't it? Ultimately there's just a little too much going on flavorwise. Also the heat is not really there, the 3/10 is accurate

Had this set to notify me when available on the heatonist website and was very excited when I got the email. Upon trying something I thought would be a niche sauce for me it turned out to be very versatile. Not the strongest heat, but a great flavor that cries out to the high quality dishes it belongs in.

Reminds me of my mom's Worcestershire sauce for wings. Very odd flavor. Heat seems low for a ghost pepper sauce. I'm not much of a chili head.

This is such a mysterious, complex sauce. It's great with chicken, grilled veggies, and for dipping bread. The options are endless!

Smell wise this sauce was something I can’t figure out but flavor wise it’s tasty but has some very weird flavors mixed in. Hands down I would say that this is the hottest sauce that Queens Majesty has made. The flavor is bizarre enough that I can’t figure out what to put this on. Chips and stir fry were alright with it. Would agree with most reviews that it’s truly a bizarre trip.
