“Box was damaged so had to open package to check itceas OK not ideal as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. However, I discovered that the message which should have been engraved on the bottom of the ark as per picture in your Facebook advertisement, was poorly printed on the top of the delivery note which had been folded in half so the message was creased and therefore useless”
