About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “There was a slight problem with the lid of the Ark. I sent an email advising of the problem. I received a prompt reply from Paolo T, and my problem was resolved very quickly with a replacement lid dispatched. I was impressed with the customer service and prompt communication regarding the progress of my query. My little grandson is delighted with his Noahs Ark.”

“This is a beautiful toy, solid and well made with shape sorters on one side and a pull down ramp to load the animals on board on the other side. My grandson will love it I'm sure.”

“We purchased this for our grandson's Baptism/first birthday. It was so appropriate and so beautifully made. We have another grandson who is one month old, think I will get the same toy for his birthday.”
