About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Lovely looking toy for my nephew’s first Christmas. I was a little disappointed that the box was very bashed in on one side, but that hasn’t marked the toy.”

“An excellent toys tha tea he's do much. Bought for my granddaughter who already seemsqui k to learn. The Ark is colourful , has beautiful shapes to fit into shaped holes. Will last a life time and hopefully be passed on in the family . When my children were young I made a wooden Noah's ark. Not a shape sorter but a toy very much loved by them all. Memories are made in play.”

“It's beautiful. The smallest piece may be a little too small as it may fit in a kiddys mouth but that's easy to overcome. It's something to keep forever, perfect for little hands”
