“Ordered as a gift for my 2 year old as a reward for great potty training efforts. It arrived today 4th March 2022. We love JOL and have many of their toys, but this has arrived damaged with split wood on top of the Ark. I cant see an option to contact the seller, but Ive seen other reviews saying the same about the quality but gave the toy the benefit of the doubt as Ive never had a bad experience until now. A great toy, just a shame about the damage when its quite pricey.”
