“Easy enough to install and program in above freezing temps. Below freezing temps the door doesn’t close. You have to warm up the keypad to get to the menu to open and close door manually otherwise you can’t see the screen. Great product if you have a heated coop or live in a warmer environment. Past 3 weeks in Wisconsin the door has issues closing.”
“Shift work makes it difficult to open or close up the coops without bringing in someone to do it. I have installed three doors and just use batteries for power. I don't worry anymore when I am forced to work overtime knowing that both the ducks and chickens are already getting fresh air.”
