“I received one of these girls back at the end of September. She's 22 weeks old and laid her first egg today! I'm so excited! I've been planning for these girls' arrival for almost a year and we finally received our 1st egg!
Now to the actual hen, she's been nothing but fun, she's super sweet (the only one to let my kids and myself pick her up and pet her), very docile, and pretty quiet which is good for me having neighbors close by. The 4 girls were packaged very well, they all arrived alive and thrived with us. When the post office called letting me know that they were there, I could hear them chirping in the background. My wife went and picked them up immediately and got them home and in the brooder. Watching all of them grow has been a really cool experience for my entire family!”

“This is my favorite bird out of all breeds I had. They are friendly and loved to peck my door for sunflower seed treats every morning. Laid 5 to 6 eggs a week through 100F temps. Great bug eaters. Very quiet birds except right after laying. Non-broody. I miss having birds. Hoping our city passes a pro-chicken ordinance so I can get a couple birds again. Mine lived for 6 years which is unusual for sex links. If I ever get the chance I will get these again.”
