“This is my favorite bird out of all breeds I had. They are friendly and loved to peck my door for sunflower seed treats every morning. Laid 5 to 6 eggs a week through 100F temps. Great bug eaters. Very quiet birds except right after laying. Non-broody. I miss having birds. Hoping our city passes a pro-chicken ordinance so I can get a couple birds again. Mine lived for 6 years which is unusual for sex links. If I ever get the chance I will get these again.”

We have not yet been reimbursed for the chick.”
We are incredibly sorry to hear about the little one who had a leg injury. It sounds like you had to make a very difficult decision.
