“Gwen is a pretty lady that lays a cream-almost white egg. Too bad! We were hoping for green, but her egg is unique from all the other brown eggs. Oh well. She has a funny, floppy comb. When she’s in a nesting box, she chatters like a penguin when we reach for an egg. She has cute, puffy cheeks and is predominantly, gray, white, beige and orange.”
“Green Queen lays a beautiful deep olive egg. One of the most friendly chickens. One turned out gray and bearded and the other from another hatch turned out white and black and slightly bearded.”
