I ordered 3 duplicate signs. Received confirmation that I ordered 3 signs. I received one of them. I reached out immediately to let them know the importance of getting the other 2 as these were for a trade show booth. They informed me the other 2 had shipped. I asked for shipping confirmation. Days went by and nothing. I reached out again and they told me they delivered. I asked for delivery confirmation. Days went by with nothing. I reached out again and they told me they would have to reprint them. I then went back in forth getting very slow responses for a week until they told me they couldn't get them to me in time for my tradeshow. They had a full week to get them to me. I asked for a refund for the 2 that didn't ship and I still haven't heard anything back. I went to CRAZY NEON and ordered the signs and received the in time. DO NOT USE NEON CHAMP!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The first time using the sign, it malfunctioned. First the last letter of the sign went out then the whole sign all together went out

I had my sign in the store window and it died within 9 months. It has been 6 weeks back and forth with customer service and it has been a headache. Back to square one this morning with a new CS rep. I wish they would stand behind their product and either make me a new one or offer a refund.

I would love to give more starts, but as of right now I feel like I am in limbo with the product. The product came from overseas, I was thinking it was made here in USA. That was a bummer, but ok, no worries. Due to coming from overseas it took a longer than I was told, so it was a little late on getting to my best friend for her birthday. The product itself - the actual sign - is great. It was a huge hit and we loved it. Word to the wise though - order the hardware because you really cannot find it anywhere in the normal hardware stores. Now, I am in limbo because of this. I cannot find the hardware, so it is still in the box. I have asked customer service if I can order it seperately along with a question regarading the remote that came with it. Hardware question, has not been answered yet. Remote issue is that the remote will only turn on/off. It is supposed to dim as well. We have changed the batteries. Unconnected and reconnected the connector. Stood close. Stood farther back. This has all been explained to Dexter at customer service and he now wants to see a video of how we are working the remote. It is a remote, not a computer to enter in a program. So, as of right now, great product, poor service and not happy since it is still in the box and not being looked at.
