I purchased a neon sign from Neon Champ, and it arrived defective. The company advertises a 3-year warranty, but when I contacted customer service, it turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. They repeatedly asked for multiple videos, photos, and explanations, dragging the process out and giving me the runaround instead of taking responsibility. It felt like they were more focused on avoiding a replacement than honoring their warranty. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and time-wasting. If you value your money, time, and sanity, do not buy from this company. There are far better neon sign sellers who actually stand behind their products. Save yourself the headache — shop elsewhere.

Our warranty process does require visual documentation so our technical team can accurately diagnose electrical or component faults and ensure the correct replacement parts or unit are issued. The actual sign itself is great, exactly as described on the website. The problem is that I ordered it at the end of November intending it to be a Christmas gift and listed in terms of production and shipping times indicated that it should arrive in time. I received a digital proof, responded with feedback, and then never heard back. When I reached out to customer service to inquire 10 days later, they told me they missed the message in their system. Because of this delay the item was delivered too late. Incredibly shoddy customer service and unacceptable that no one checked on outstanding orders in their system.

I got this as a Christmas present for my friend and it took way longer than said to ship and is definitely way too over priced for a 3 foot sign. The controller/dimmer doesn’t even work and we can hang it up with the given tools either.

I had an issue with my neon sign. It came out great, but one of the wires physically damaged. I did everything I could to troubleshoot the problem, but was unsuccessful. I contacted NeonChamp who replied and seemed helpful. I sent them pics of the broken wire and explained I liked the sign so I didn’t need a new one. But I needed a replacement wire for it work. They simply stopped replying to me. I even sent confirmatory emails and they just ghosted me. Ridiculous company that would handle a customer this way. Never agin and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I tried to order a sign for Christmas. The website wouldn't allow me to do so. I kept getting a message that the order couldn't be processed. I started a live chat with a customer support person to figure out what was happening. In the mean time, my credit card was charged 7 times. That's fine, it was a technical issue. The problem is that I had to reach out to the company several times (probably 8+) to try and get my money back. To this date (3 weeks later) I have only received 2 refunds and the company is telling me they only have record of 2 transactions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The sign turned out perfectly. The website made it easy to block it out and I liked the choices. It came in a reasonable time for a custom job. I didn’t realize the power supply would be shipped separately and panicked, but when I talked to them on the phone they were very friendly and told me what was happening. I was a little disappointed the controller was cracked when it got here but it still works. My dad was very surprised with the new addition to his sound studio. Best idea I’ve gotten him ever. Keep up the good work!
