“Nice quality and bright! Only thing I was not a fan of was the wire anchors it came with, thought they were kinda ugly. I bought stainless steel crimping ferrules to hang it with instead.”

“Don't fall for the cheaper prices, it comes at the cost of quality, functionality, and customer service. I ordered two signs, the first with 4 lines vertically stacked (2 words per line, so nothing crazy) and it requires FOUR (4) power outlets to work!!! Not only does that look ugly to have that many wires handing from the sign, it's completely impractical for where I wanted to put it and would have required me to use a huge power bank which I won't be doing. The other sign I ordered is one horizontal line of text (only 5 words total) and requires TWO (2) power outlets. I just think this is ridiculous and at the very least, should be evident/called out in the proof (which it was not). Seperate from that issue, I had ordered the wall mount for one of the signs but it didn't come drilled with the required holes to use it, so now I have no way of mounting it to the wall. Both of these issues will require additional cost for me to (maybe) resolve, I should have just gone with the higher cost (better quality) site to begin with. Additionally, the overall quality of the signs is quite poor. A friend of mine ordered a neon sign from a copmeting website and it was a far superior quality. Neon Champs was cheaper so I should have known better. Lastly, when I reached out to Neon Champ customer service to resolve these issues, they basically said 'nope, nothing we can do'. Definitely DO NOT recommend.”

Dear Melanie, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of quality or support we want any of our customers to receive. Regarding the multiple power connections, we understand how inconvenient and unexpected that must have been and especially if it wasn’t clearly communicated during the proofing stage. That’s something we take seriously, as transparency is very important when it comes to design and installation requirements. We’re also very sorry about the wall mount issue. The panel should have been properly prepared for mounting, and we understand how frustrating it is to receive it without the required holes or instructions. “Seems like great quality. Love the sign and my niece and nephew do as well. I'm sure "ELIANNA" will have it long after I'm gone. It is clear, bright and we love the dimmer feature. I'm about to oder one for a friend at work that recently had a baby Boy "LORENZO". Order coming soon.”
