“I have been trying to get support on this neon sign since I bought it. The holes they drilled to hang it on the wall are too small for the brackets they provided. The space between the words are not representative of what was shown on the website. The sign turns on by itself for no reason. And the support keeps sending me around and around providing no real support and not answering any of my questions.”

“I loved the sign they gave me and it worked for about 10 minutes before the power brick went out. I've called a few times, sent multiple emails, and I haven't heard back about a replacement part. Very sad and frustrating. But the sing was in good condition when I ordered it.”
