“purchased $600 sign to be used outdoors, paid additional $75 fee for waterproofing. Was assured prior to purchase it could be used outdoors, i explained it would be hung outside of a building through cold and wet canadian winters.. sign arrived three weeks later from india , very poor and cheap constuction. Power supply was not rated or safe for outdoor use. Wiring on sign was cheap and exposed to elements, my electician would not install due to fire safety concerns. Return or refund was not an option, Harper was not helpful. wishing I could leave 0 star review for accuracy. I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS COMAPNY (neon champ, or their website neon signs canada) try instead: etsy, easyneonsigns.ca , Galaxie signs, if youre looking for quality canadian product.”
