“I've always loved a neon sign, but love the LED neon even better! Affordable, fast and has the effect I was looking for in my suite. My only suggestion would be to offer a paper template for those that have to hang this solo, without a second pair of hands. I used the backing of the protective paper and it was a struggle - so sticky, hard to peel off without ripping, frustrating. But the actual install was easy. Thank you!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing Neon Champ. We’re thrilled to hear that you love your LED neon sign and that it delivered the effect you were looking for. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing a paper template for solo installation—it’s excellent feedback and something we’ll consider to make future installations easier for customers. We’re glad the overall install was smooth despite the difficulty with the backing. Your support and input mean a great deal to us, and we look forward to serving you again. Warm Regards, Neon Champ

“The neon sign arrived quickly with FedEx. It was very very well packaged and just as we designed it. At first I was skeptical, couldn’t find many reviews. I called the number, spoke to a woman in India, she explained the process and I went with it. No regrets.”
