“I was lucky enough to eventually receive my sign but it was far past the promised date. The cord for it came separately from India and wrapped in about 40 layers of tape, I had no idea what it was and it took about 20 minutes to unwrap. The sign is OK. The website chat and phone numbers are both fake.
I do not recommend unless you don't really need a sign and just want to gamble.”

“After over a month of reaching out to this company I have lost hope I will ever get my HUNDREDS of dollars back. My sign arrived with faulty wiring and will not work. I have reached out via email, call, form submission and voicemail. All of which have been either ignored or ghosted me after a few responses. When you call the company’s phone, it rings for 10+ minutes and when answered they will tell you “that has to be taken care of via email” when emails aren’t responded to.”
