“The sign turned out perfectly. The website made it easy to block it out and I liked the choices. It came in a reasonable time for a custom job. I didn’t realize the power supply would be shipped separately and panicked, but when I talked to them on the phone they were very friendly and told me what was happening. I was a little disappointed the controller was cracked when it got here but it still works. My dad was very surprised with the new addition to his sound studio. Best idea I’ve gotten him ever. Keep up the good work!”

“I chose the option to design directly on their website. It was pretty user friendly. I needed a fairly large size with large letters , 40”x30” roughly, but the design dimensions maxed out around 20”x30” for some reason. I was hoping the letters would be fairly large but instead the space between each word was large, making it tall and skinny. I didn’t see anywhere to adjust the height of the letters in the design app, probably my oversight. I’m happy enough with the sign just not what I expected.”

“I've always loved a neon sign, but love the LED neon even better! Affordable, fast and has the effect I was looking for in my suite. My only suggestion would be to offer a paper template for those that have to hang this solo, without a second pair of hands. I used the backing of the protective paper and it was a struggle - so sticky, hard to peel off without ripping, frustrating. But the actual install was easy. Thank you!”
