“My 7 year old has these as part of his bedtime routine. No technology 1 hour before bed, bath, gummy and a glass of milk then a story and bed. It still takes him about 30 mins to drop off to sleep but before the gummies it would be 45mins to an hour. He sleeps longer in the morning as well. They have made such a difference to his sleep. Would be lovely to have them in strawberry flavor as he doesn't really like the raspberry flavour.”
