“Started taking my 6 year old ages to fall asleep at night so tried these on recommendation from friend. 1st month I wasn't convinced some nights she went quicker than others but it was in school holidays, bedtime all over the place and she was between home and my parents place due to me working. Ordered 2nd bottle for September and with a proper routine they seem to have more effect so I do feel there helping”
