“I bought these as my children have been starting to wake up earlier and being awake later when I put them to bed. Since they have been taking these they seem to drift off a little quicker and wake up at a reasonable hour! The nights my husband forgot to give them it reverted back to the norm so I can only suggest they work! Very pleased!”

“Second purchase of these, can definitely say they have some effect, not to the point I was assuming but I noticed a difference when the kids didn't have them for a few nights. I combine these with the magnesium gummies, they have the magnesium of a morning and night time gummies of a night.”
