“I bought these in the hope that they would help my youngest-6 to sleep more as she is a very light sleeper. As yet I’ve seen no real changes. But that being said we are only a few weeks in. She does however like the taste.”

“These are easy to chew and swallow. A mild and pleasant flavour and after consuming do appear to assist in soothing/calming.Seem to help get one to sleep don't necessarily help a person stay asleep but have an apparently calming effect.”

“My 3 year old just can’t sleep and since taking these for 1 month she seems much better and always asks for her gummy bear around 5.30 in bed asleep for 6.30 and that’s it for 12 hours! Happy mum and dad! And most importantly an improved happier and healthier toddler!”
