“From waking up 2/3 times a night, my son sleeps through the night now since he has been taking his night time gummies. He still takes a while to get to sleep but once hes asleep that is him settled until the morning.”

“Been using this for over a few months, with my teenage autistic daughter, who had issues with sleeping. Seems to get her into a deep sleep pattern and ensure she gets at least 7-8 hours sleep a night. Would recommend”
