“Bought these as I dislike swallowing tablet vitamins however I do find these upset my stomach. Unsure if the dosage is too high or if there's an alternate ingredient that doesn't agree with my stomach. I think in future I'd swallow maca tablets than buy again as side effects not worth it.”
