“Maca root isn't always the most pleasant to take in its raw form, so these gummies are quite convenient, especially when travelling. The gummies taste OK, they are sweet but do have an icky aftertaste, nothing unbearable.The texture is soft, and jelly like, they're not chewy, and they do leave a little oily residue on your teeth.They digest well, I haven't experienced an upset stomach or any negative side effects.The quality is good, all of the gummies look consistent and moulded well.”

“Texture and taste threw me way off from this. The taste is very medicinal and very artificial strawberry if you can taste that through the medicine flavour. The texture is not like normal gummies and was unpleasant. Then the tastes lingers even after following it up with a drink. Would not recommend if you are trying to have an alternative to your vitamins that is easier to swallow than tablets or capsules.”

“Having read that Maca Root aka Peruvian Ginseng has been used for 2,000 years in the Peruvian Andes as a food and to treat rheumatic and respiratory diseases, I obtained this tub of 60 off Maca Root Gummies (each containing 100 mg of Maca Root Extract, equivalent to 1000 mg of Maca Root itself so that a serving consisting of 2 gummies has double the amounts cited) enriched with L-Arginine as well as Vitamin B6 and B12 by Novomins. It came in a clear bottle and so should be kept far from sunlight, although most of the bottle is obscured by a large wraparound label. It was sealed on top and under the lid which was of the child-proof variety.Maca Root is reputed to increase libido, fertility and energy as well as to improve mood. Since I am ageing, I was interested in its effects upon energy. Effects are usually felt after 12 weeks and, thus, I am not concerned at not feeling effects, whether positive or negative, after only a few weeks.From my reading, L-Arginine, an amino-acid, is considered semi-essential as sufficient is normally obtained in a balanced diet although greater amounts are crucial at certain times such as pregnancy and critical illness. It is used by athletes for its energy-giving properties. It is also tolerated at high doses of up to 9 gms daily to no ill-effect. As it lowers blood pressure, it is not recommended for those having low blood pressure such as myself. However, in this supplement, there is only 100 mg and so I am not unduly worried about consequences of taking this for only one month.Vitamin B12 is involved in DNA synthesis, metabolism and red blood cell formation. The recommended daily dose is 2.4 micrograms whilst this supplement has 2.5 micrograms, a very slight excess. This is not of concern as there is no Tolerable Upper Limit and any excess is excreted in urine.Vitamin B6 is needed for metabolism, brain health and red blood cell formation. The recommended daily dose ranges from 1.3 to 1.7 mg and this supplement contains 1.4 mg.I wo.”

“Arrived promptly.Minimal packaging, but safely packaged.Nice professional packaging/label that add to the value of the product.Clear instructions on how to administer/consume for daily dose allowance.No unpleasant taste, no harsh chemical after-taste and not bitter either.Value for money here given extract ingredients and potency, would say is the higher end of its kind on the market.Would recomend this product amongst others, as believe it delivers on what it aims to, in less time than others currently online.”

“A simple and tasty way to get your daily vitamins - in this case Maca root combined with other vitamins all which go together to improve sexual health and function.I’ve used Maca before to good effect but personally have to dose higher than the recommended dose on here for the desired effects.The gummies taste nice and are easy to consume.As with all supplements the effects aren't immediate but I'm happy with the amounts per serving and have just doubled mine for the effect I'm looking for.”

“I’ve been using macca supplements in capsule form for a while as I read that Macca root is good to take when TTC. No luck yet but I’m happy to keep trying with them, especially in this gummy form.The gummies are quite large and taste really nice. It definitely doesn’t feel like you’re taking them for health as they’re very much like sweets which is certainly not a complaint from me.I’m vegetarian so checked before ordering but can confirm that they use pectin as a gelling agent so are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.No complaints from me so I’m very happy to recommend”

“Have been taking Maca powder in my smoothies for a. Number of years. I tend to get tired and feel fatigued due to age and lack of quality sleep. These gummies are helping with giving me more energy. Because they are in gummies format, I remember to take them daily. They are strawberry flavour, there is a slight smell.of strawberry but I wouldn't say they taste like strawberry flavour.They are a decent size and you take 2 daily. You get 60 gummies in a bottle so 30 day supply.Useful to have B6 & B12 vitamins.Currently priced at £14.99 overall good gummies and convenient way of taking Maca.”
