These Maca Gummies contain a good quantity of Mac root extract, which I find an excellent supplement to take. They also Contain a small amount of the amino acid, L-Arginine plus a couple of B vitamins (6 & 12). So, they do seem to be a useful supplement, best to be taken in the morning or before a workout. However, they do have Glucose syrup and sugar as the 1st and 2nd ingredients, which is not healthy, especially for your teeth. I have a preference for taking supplements as gummies rather than pills or capsules, since if feel more like eating sweets than popping pills. Though, I do prefer to have gummies that do not contain sugar. The gummies come in a large clear plastic bottle that is sealed with a foil seal under a sealed plastic screw top. They do taste pleasant, and of strawberry, but I needed to look at the bottle for a clue as to what they tasted of. It is recommended to take 2 gummies per day so the 60 gummies should last about a month at just under 17p per gummy or 34p per day.

If you're looking to supplement with l-arginine and maca root (and some B vitamins) this is a tasty way to do it.I'm not sure I'd have guessed the flavour was strawberry but it's a gummie and it tastes sweet and pleasant enough so I doubt that really matters.Gummies are an expensive way to get supplements, but these do seem reasonably priced compared to other supplements that are not gummies. I couldn't find a direct competitor either so perhaps this is the first brand doing it, or one of the few.If you have problems swallowing tablets and capsules and don't like drinking powders, gummies are a good, if often expensive, option. I don't think you'll have any problems with these if you choose to try this supplement combination and the price seems reasonable to you.

I don't usually have supplements in gummies format so this was new to me. The first thing I noticed is how sweet they are which, for me, is great as I like sweet things. They are easy to chew and have a pleasant taste to them. There isn't any kind of after-taste.For £10, these are really good value for money. The bottle contains a months supply. The dosage is within the standard range for this type of supplement. The first two ingredients are sugars so it's no surprise they taste so sweet.Overall, if you enjoy sweet things then you won't have any issues with the sweetness of these.

The Maca gummies provide a standard amount of Maca root, the normal adult daily allowance of B12 and B6 but a very low dosage if L-Arginine.These are very convenient and having a mix of supplements which are claimed to be beneficial for energy and immunity. They taste just like sweets not surprisingly given glucose syrup is the first ingredient. Too early to notice any benefit but getting the daily B vitamins needed should boost energy levels.
