“This could just be a personal tolerance thing but I couldn’t feel any effects from this product. On top of this, the after taste isn’t all that favourable, at best, it possesses the slightest of calming effects.Update: Since then, the shop has reached out and the issue has been resolved. Excellent customer service, very satisfied.”

“I found that these gummies are quite effective, I don't take them regularly but just whenever I know I will have difficulty sleeping and I find that I am able to sleep well after taking them around 30 minutes before I plan on sleeping. My intake of the gummies hasn't needed to exceed the recommendation of two which means I don't even need to buy them monthly.The raspberry taste is very enjoyable as it's a nice balance of flavour, and I find that they are also really easy to chew as well as swallow which increases the quality of the product.I noticed that the price does keep increasing and has increased since I bought them just a few weeks ago which is a shame as part of my choice for originally picking them was dependent on the good value.”

“Great flavour and they are definitely helping me sleep better. I had to look up when is best to take these as it’s not on the bottle and it’s 30 mins before bed as per the manufacturer’s website.Would recommend for a better sleep and even if they don’t work for you, they help support normal psychological function too.”
