“Used this for three days now to fix my sleep schedule. It does make you sleep however not quickly. Took around 3 hours before really kicked in. If you try to stay awake, it’s very much possible to do so. Overall, it does make you tired however, not strong.”

“I have been having difficulty sleeping lately. It took me a little while to fall asleep, but after using these gummies for a few days it was much better than usual.They are a little chewy - not a typical gummy bear.”
