“Ordered as been having difficulty sleeping. Ordered in the morning and were delivered the same day. Took a little while to fall asleep but much better than usual. When I awoken I actually felt I had a good sleep, which I haven't felt in a very long time and I felt relaxed, not on edge .Whilst it is only the first night I am hoping these will have resolved my insomnia.”

“These taste great and love the amount of sleep vitamins they contain however they do have vitamins such as b12 which help with fatigue so I've found myself needing to take them 2 hours before sleep as they keep me awake, once I am asleep I dream well and have a nice deep sleep which is probably thanks to the tryptophan.”
