“My daughter is now getting to sleep by 2am and up by 11am. She wasn't getting to sleep till 3.30am and waking up at 2.30 pm. These are definitely worth a try.”

“Neat package sealed, 1 taken initially before bed only slept 4hrs so took 2 as recommended and slept next night all night. They really do help. I find it so difficult to sleep but these were fab.recommended. thank you.”

“Having used a similar product in the past and not being able to source it. I decided to give this product a try.They come as a gummy in the shape of a teddy bear.The raspberry flavour is very apparent when you open the bottle. It actually smells like a fresh raspberry instead of a synthetic type.The supplement itself worked for me. I work rotating shifts, which seriously affects my sleep pattern on my days off. I find I need something to help me not only get off to sleep but also stay asleep. These did the trick, without any noticeable side effects. The efficacy was on par with my previous brand, too.1st Class for a good night’s sleep.Would I recommend them? Yes, I most certainly would, and I will be using these in place of my usual brand.They are great value for money at £6.99 (the cost at the time of writing this review). They are not only less than half the price, but you get twice the amount of my usual brand.It has to be 5 stars from me.”

“Bought these because I do 13 hour night shifts and struggle to maintain a regular sleep schedule (I get insomnia most nights). They taste utter rank and the texture is bad too but they get the job done, you’ll be asleep within 15 minutes of having them. Would highly recommend.”
