“This is a plastic screw top pot containing 60 raspberry flavour gummies providing 120mg magnesium per 2 gummies (in the form of magnesium citrate). I decided to try these as I suffer from night cramps, which may be caused by magnesium deficiency. The gummies are easy to take and taste OK with no aftertaste. It is likely coincidence so far, but I haven’t had a cramp since taking them.£13.49 seem quite expensive for 1 month’s supply, but ‘gummy’ options are always more expensive.”

“I like taking these close to bedtime to help with my restless legs in my sleep. These gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily so this container of 60 will last you around a month. They taste great even though there is no added sugar unlike most similar products! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatine like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative.”

“I rake magnesium supplements so thought I’d try gummies as I struggle with tablets. These have a nice berry flavour so they’re pleasant to take. Has all the ingredients of my previous supplements so for me these are a better option at a slightly cheaper price.”
