“My Mrs has started swimming and has been getting a bit of let cramp afterwardsI’ve recommended that she takes Magnesium Bisglycinate but she really struggles taking tabletsThese chewy ones are perfect for her, she reports that they taste blackcurrant and fruity and are really easy to digestRecommended”

“I’ve just started taking these gummies and so far I’m impressed. You take two gummies a day so there is about a months supply in the container.It’s almost like eating sweets so very easy to remember to take them. I tend to take my vitamins in the morning. The gummies have a good chewy texture to them and a nice berry flavour to them.A great way to get your magnesium intake!”

“Aimed as an alternative way of getting the necessary vitamins into your body, these gummies are delicious. They are gummy bear shaped and are packed with flavour. They are easy to chew and do not get stuck in your teeth. The effect of them are difficult to say after a short space of time, however I have noticed less fatigue.”
