“I had previously bought a similar product. These are great, with no sticky teeth and the chance of a filling coming out but also taste great!I find them easy to take since they taste like sweets and find that's the perfect amount for me as they're magnesium citrate -- one of the more bioavailable forms of magnesium. They are also sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan. If you follow the recommended dose of 2 per day, one jar will be enough for a month. These are a great way to take your vitamins and good value for money.One thing I noticed about the gummies is that they are not too sweet or overpowering in flavour which I definitely prefer and the raspberry flavour is well-balanced. I started taking them for muscle cramps and spasms, still early days for any improvement.”

“These raspberry flavored gummy vitamins taste delicious. I find that this makes me remember to take them everyday as its like having a sweet treat. I wanted to get some magnesium supplements to help with cramps in my legs. These things take continued use to see the results but things are looking positive so far.”

“A compact tub of gummy magnesium with a great candy-like flavour. Very easy to eat with a soft, chewy texture - they do get caught in my teeth though so be mindful of when you take them.Props to this company for not producing a huge bottle and only half-filling it. The tub arrives full to the brim. No wastage here at least!I find the price for 1 month's supply to be high at £13.49. However if you've been advised to increase your magnesium intake then this would be a quick and enjoyable way to add some into your diet.”

“I suffer from osteoarthritus and thought id try these gummies to see if they provided any pain relief so far nothing but like everything you need to build up into your system for a few months to see if there is any benefit so i will keep buying for a couple of months and will update if i start to see any improvements”
