“The taste is fine but these ones have a slightly different texture to other ones such as the iron ones which makes them a bit less pleasant. Pleased with them though!”

“I dont normally write reviews, but for this one I have to.I'm sorry for the TMI, but felt it important for anyone searching for help with what I use these for.I have Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Slow Gut Transit, Rectocele and others, but have known to take up to 14 days to pass a No2.One of the groups I'm on mentioned that Magnesium is a Laxative that works the same as Osmotics by drawing water into the Bowel swelling the feces up so helping it pass better.I chose jellies because of my slow transit and thought they may work quicker than waiting for tablets to dissolve - and they do, within an hour I have got a full Bowel.I tried them first thing in the morning with my other meds, and after my dinner in the evening, and both times it worked with no pain.I take 2 like it says on packet, but haven't taken them every day, but had a No2 every time I have which is a miracle.”
