“The trouble with these is they are abit moorish, i have to stop myself eating more as they are not sweets but are the tastiest way to get the nutrients you need , I struggle to swallow tablets especially the size of magnesium ones which are always seem to be huge, these are perfect, they are not hard chewy, they are like a jelly baby texture and softness. I do also have others in the range and they are just as good too. If you have trouble swallowing tablets , these are perfect for you.”
