“If I could leave more than 5*, I would. I started taking these 10 days before my period (also tends to be when I first start experiencing PMS). I was going on holiday 1 day before my period was due, s I really didn’t want to be feeling rubbish. These did absolute wonders!!! I felt so much calmer, I didn’t feel as insecure and fatigued as I usually do. When my period did come (like clockwork, second day of my holiday) I had a little bit of backache which I took painkillers for on the first day, but then I had literally no symptoms!! I’m normally in a lot of pain second and third day as my flow becomes heavier, which it still did, but I barely felt it because of these fantastic gummies. I’ll be using them religiously now! What an easy period. Who’d have thought!!”
