“This seems like an excellent product, well made and efficient. I bought 2, one for each cat, one worked perfectly but the other only worked only occasionally. I discovered that this was due to the cats microchip having moved, so I had to get another one put in by the vets. My only comment regarding this would be that this possibility should be pointed out to potential buyers as it made an expensive product even more so. Now that my cat has another microchip it works perfectly however.”
