I have an outdoor cat and her food keeps getting stolen by birds and other cats, so got this for her. However it did say it was for indoor use only which I didn't see on the description online. I do still have it outside but it is sheltered and haven't had problems yet.
The training mode is great to get her used to the sound and movement.
Setting it to accept her microchip was very easy. My cat is very timid so if it is easy for her it would be very easy for all cats.”
