“So far so good. It's been a week in, we've used both vacuum and mop functions. It does a good job at vacuuming up my labradors fur and not clogging like most other robot vacs have done in the past. I do need to make sure the chairs are lifted off the ground when starting as it gets stuck going over the legs and I've found one of the mop head gets pulled off if this happens. The mop functions is adequate. I like the fact that it has the 2 rotating mop heads than the singular flat front mop head that almost all other robot vacs have. I feel it does a better job cleaning with this feature.
The app is good, but that's where it loses points. The map feature is a bit annoying to modify. When trying to split or merge rooms it only works half the time. I have yet to try do a second map for upstairs, so I can't comment on the multilevel map feature.

“Works well mostly, it has occasional glitches, when I set to schedule cleaning sometimes it comes out does it’s job and goes back. But other times. It’ll come out for 2 mins then say auto cleaning finished and return to base. And I have to click the start button on my phone multiple times before it’ll do it’s clean.”
“Very surprising - it actually does a very efficient job. As I am 82 I am having difficulty with the technical side of things. I downloaded the app onto my iPhone 13 but fairly clueless beyond that! Have more luck just letting it be! The remote works fine for starting and stopping. Haven’t tried the mopping yet!”
