“So far trouble free after several glitches with its predessor. The original intercom was two years old and Rugged happily sent me a new replacement at no charge. I must say that Rugged backs what it sells.”

“This intercom is absolutely awesome, although I did have a problem with the first one not working due to a rear panel issue. I called customer service and the issue was handled very quick definitely some of the best customer service I've ever received.”
