For me it was about recognising that everyone can have low self confidence at times and it's not unusual. I found out that they often thought they were alone in those feelings but now understand that it is common and people work through to find their own

Students are more understanding of each other but also about themselves. Some students are not as confident as others and the class recognises that. They are on the way to accepting that what may seem easy for some can be very difficult for others.
