How has this kit impacted your class culture toward whenua ora (land wellness) and sustainability?
This kit had a really positive impact on our class culture around whenua ora and sustainability. Students became more aware of how their everyday actions affect the land and ocean, and they showed increased care and responsibility for our environment. We noticed more conversations about reducing rubbish, looking after our school grounds, and reminding each other to be kaitiaki. The shared experience helped build a sense of collective responsibility and pride in caring for our whenua.
