What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? The importance of clear instructions and easily navigable websites.

“Some of the materials are straightforward to use, but others are a mystery. How difficult would it be put printed instructions inside it? You've already gone to effort of supplying all these different bits and pieces, why can't you just put a single piece of paper in it with instructions, without forcing the user to navigate your horrendously overcomplicated website?”

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? They are more aware of how the action of words can influence others. This has been valuable learning for especially some of my Y7 students.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? I feel I haven't gone into the detail that I wanted to but the one things that this will leave my learners with is that they have people in thier lives who are there for them and it is important to be connected to them.

“This kit is a valuable piece of work that we have undertaken as a class. We didn't have time to get thoroughly through it but we have definitely had some thought provoking conversations led by this kit.”

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? This is still a work in progress with my class

Were you surprised at the role media plays in the wellbeing of your students?

Which response stood out most? Unfortunately due to a busy term we haven't had the time to complete this section.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? Resilience comes from within, but also from where we consume media and who we associate with. I was able to adapt some of the activities into a resilence portfolio that students were able to fill in with support from one another, their parents and from me. This was a great way to track their progress as we worked through most of the unit.

“My class thoroughly enjoyed the discussions that arose from the activities included in this school kit. The circle of influence and building on this throughout the lessons allowed for strong reflection on their personal values and how these differ.”
