I was initially nervous about the seasoning but we just followed all the instructions on the website and everything went perfectly We do a full oven seasoning every few months and a stove top seasoning once a month or so The pan works so well for frying anything we use vegan meat We also bought one of the large stainless steel pans for simmering acidic dishes like curries and pasta sauces
You cant go wrong with these pans literally just keep seasoning and if you overdo the oil just scrape it off and start again Best kitchen investment weve ever made”
