“Having been all in on cast iron getting my first Solid Teknics Fry Pan was fantastic I always liked my cast iron frypans but the weight was a pain and the handles too short The AusIon frypans solve all that I now have a pan that much lighter to dig out of the stack and handles that dont tend to heat up as much gas is probably worse than electric for that My pan was the 25mm budget version so I can only image that the heat is even more even in the 3mm version Now to get a big Noni pack to go”
