“This is our second pan, we have used the smaller one for ages and loved it that much wanted to add a bigger to the collection. They are not cheap, but that is because they are quality and outlast everything else in the pan draw!”

I was a bit surprised at how long the handle is-but then pleasantly surprised that it doesn't get as hot as my cast iron pan handle does. It is heavier than a non-stick but it's definately not too heavy to hold one handed to flip fry vegtables and such. I will buy another smaller frypan soon-ish.”
