We absolutely love cooking with our new pan. Nothing sticks, easy to clean and a joy to cook with.

Perfect size, weight and so far impressed with its non stick and easy to clean qualities. Worth the extra spend over a cast iron pan for the reasons mentioned above. Works well on induction cooktop as expected. Would buy this pan again, and will probably slowly replace our other pans with solidteknics.

Great solid and simple cookware. I can see this will be with us for a lifetime. Quick preheat and wiped down with oil before use. Non stick but some discolouration with use.

This is definitely the size pan of you want to be cooking two decent size steaks in the one pan. The pan cooks meat so well and that is why I brought it. I wanted a closer experience to cooking on a bbq than a non stick pan on the stove but also the option to throw it in the camping box and cook over a fire with it as well, I couldn’t be happier with this pan.

These pans are definitely well worth the investment After buying some stainless steel pans and fumbling our way through everything sticking and scrubbing my life away to get pans clean again I finally invested in a AusIon frypan amp made the effort to season it properly before use The team at solid teknics were ever so helpful in providing all the information needed to get started After building up a good seasoning layer before starting to cook with it it has been an absolute breeze The perfect steak cooked in 4 minutes with a nice crisp finish chefs kiss

I recently upgraded to an induction cooktop and found my old stainless pans were useless After a lot of research decided on the AusIon 30cm pan Being new to both induction and cast wrought iron cookware was a challenge At first I was spending more time cleaning than cooking Eggs were a particular problem even with great dollops of oil After around a month I have finally got the hang of it the seasoning is finally working and I have the temperature dialed in The pan itself is wonderful however if you are new to cast wrought iron cooking be prepared to do a lot of research and experimentation Well worth it in the end
